The small Baranca Coffee stand at Latin Experience Colombia

Work with Baranca

Coffee, hospitality & collaboration

Baranca works with cafés, hospitality teams and collaborators who want Colombian coffee to feel considered from the cup to the wider experience. We stay small, practical and personally involved.

See how we can work together

Coffee at the centre

Start with the coffee—and build the right experience around it

Some conversations begin with coffee for a café. Others begin with an espresso machine, a tasting, an event or an idea that is still taking shape. We listen first, then help define what is useful and realistic. That may mean working directly with Baranca or bringing in a trusted specialist for the technical parts.

01Hospitality

Coffee for cafés & hospitality

Choose coffee for the way you serve it

We supply Colombian roasted coffee and help hospitality businesses think through the profile that fits their menu, guests and daily rhythm. That can include espresso, filter or a combination of both, with recommendations grounded in how the coffee will actually be prepared and enjoyed.

We are comfortable starting small. A first conversation or tasting can be enough to understand whether the coffee and working relationship are a good fit.

02Practical guidance

Coffee setup & equipment

Make the coffee, equipment and workflow work together

A good setup is more than choosing a machine. We can help you consider espresso machines, grinders, water filtration, recipes and the practical flow behind the bar. The aim is a setup that suits your volume, team and ambitions—not simply the largest option.

Installation, servicing and technical verification remain with qualified suppliers or technicians. Where useful, we can help frame the questions and introduce appropriate specialists.

03Learning together

Tastings & coffee knowledge

Learn by tasting, comparing and asking questions

Tastings create space to slow down and understand what is in the cup. Sessions can introduce Colombian regions, producers, processes and roast profiles, or focus on how grind, water and preparation change the same coffee.

The format can be adapted for a hospitality team, a group of customers or a collaborative gathering. It should remain approachable, useful and connected to the people behind the coffee.

04Selected collaborations

Events & collaborations

Bring coffee into a more social setting

Baranca joins selected markets, cultural gatherings and hospitality collaborations. Depending on the setting, that can mean hot coffee, cold brew, coffee sales, a guided tasting or simply a place for good conversation.

We also welcome ideas that do not fit a standard format. If coffee can add something meaningful to the experience, we are happy to explore what a small, hands-on collaboration could look like.

Ibergusto tasting & workshop

Tastings are the next way we are bringing people closer to Colombian coffee. Our first dedicated experience is planned with Ibergusto on 22 August 2026, creating space to taste, compare and talk about origin.

A low-pressure starting point

Tell us what you are working on

You do not need a finished brief. Tell us about your café, team, event or idea and what you would like the coffee to do. A clear conversation is usually the best place to begin.
