From Colombian origin to European coffee businesses
Origin is not an abstract ideaIt is a place, a harvest and a chain of relationships
01Origin & Producers
Coffee begins with place and people
Find the right Colombian coffee for the conversation
Baranca can help explore producers, regions, varieties, processing methods and cup profiles suited to a roaster or buyer. Where relevant and available, that may include green coffee, lots, samples and conversations around evaluation.
Availability follows harvests and relationships. We are clear about what exists now, what may be coming and what still needs to be confirmed—without presenting origin as an endless catalogue.
02Logistics & Traceability
Coffee and information moving together
Keep the relevant origin context connected to each lot
We support practical coordination around lot, producer and origin information as coffee moves toward a buyer or importer. That includes helping clarify requirements and making sure the relevant information can be understood across different actors.
Baranca is not a freight forwarder and does not perform every logistical step. We work with trusted exporters, logistics partners, laboratories and other specialists where their expertise is required.
03Sustainability & EUDR
Practical preparation
Organize the information that needs to travel with the coffee
Baranca can support practical preparation around sustainability, traceability and EUDR: understanding which producer, farm, geolocation and origin information may be required, organizing available records and helping people in Colombia and Europe communicate around those needs.
This is practical supply-chain support. It is not legal advice, certification, regulatory sign-off, carbon accounting or a guarantee of EUDR compliance.
04Europe & Buyers
Understanding the destination
Connect relevant coffees with relevant businesses
Baranca helps producers understand what European buyers are looking for and helps buyers understand the people, place and conditions behind a coffee. We can prepare conversations, clarify expectations and create relevant introductions.
An introduction is a starting point—not a guarantee of a buyer, sale, contract, market access or continuous supply.
How Baranca works
Small, direct and hands-on
We begin with a concrete need, define a practical scope and stay personally involved as the conversation develops. Small by design. Hands-on by nature.
